This Refund Policy applies to all music production services provided by JacquesMusic.

Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover time spent on consultation, planning, and the initial stages of your project.

Custom Music Production

All custom music production services, including beat production, songwriting, recording, mixing, mastering, and audio editing, are created specifically for you. Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available unless required by UK law or where I am unable to provide the agreed service.

Revisions

Your project includes the number of revisions agreed before work begins. If further revisions or additional work are requested beyond the original scope, these may incur additional charges.

Digital Products

Where you purchase digital products, such as beats, sample packs, project files, or audio files for immediate download, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after purchase. By requesting immediate access to digital content, you understand that your right to cancel may be lost once the download or delivery has started, as permitted under UK consumer law.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project before work has started. If work has already begun, any refund will be assessed based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, repeat performance, price reduction, or other remedies available by law.
