Bookings and Payment

A deposit may be required before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid before final high-quality files or project files are delivered.

Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to project complexity, revision requests, client response times, or unforeseen circumstances.

Revisions

The agreed number of revisions is included within the quoted price. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

By commissioning a project, you agree to:

• Supply any required files promptly.
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to any material you provide.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of any music, beats, recordings, project files, or other creative works remains with [Your Business Name] until full payment has been received.

Licensing terms for exclusive and non-exclusive beats will be provided separately where applicable.

Use of Client Material

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any vocals, recordings, samples, lyrics, or other material supplied for your project. You agree not to submit material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Delivery

Final audio files will be delivered in the format agreed before the project begins. It is your responsibility to download and safely store all delivered files.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, deposits, cancellations, and digital product purchases are governed by my separate Refund Policy.

By purchasing any services or digital products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Refund Policy available on this website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of my services or this website.
